📦 Shipping Policy

At Shikohin, we aim to deliver your order with care, efficiency, and transparency.

Free Shipping

  • We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $40 (before tax and discounts).
  • Orders under $40 will include a shipping fee, calculated at checkout.

Processing & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Standard delivery typically takes 4–10 business days, depending on your location.
  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package.

Additional Notes

  • At this time, we do not ship to Puerto Rico.
  • For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories, please allow extra delivery time.
  • International shipping is not currently available.

💲 Return & Refund Policy

At Shikohin, we take pride in our products and are mindful of reducing unnecessary environmental waste. For that reason, we do not offer free returns.

Return Window

  • You may return most items within 20 days of delivery.

How to Start a Return

  • Simply HERE to log in to your account and request a return. You’ll then receive a prepaid return label and easy instructions.
  • If you encounter any issues, email us at hello@shikohin.com with your order number and reason for return.

Return Costs

  • A flat rate of $12.00 for return shipping, plus a $8 return label fee, will be deducted from your refund. You’re also welcome to use your preferred carrier if you wish.

Conditions for Return

  • Items must be in new or gently used condition and returned in their original packaging.
  • We cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or products showing excessive use, damage, or missing packaging.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 1–2 business days for processing.
  • Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
  • You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@shikohin.com with photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve it quickly.
