The Shikohin Ambassador Program is not a mass affiliate program. It is an invitation-style community for licensed estheticians, massage therapists, and wellness/spa practitioners selected for their professional credibility, client relationships, and alignment with Shikohin’s philosophy.

Our Ambassador Program is open to licensed U.S. professionals, including estheticians, massage therapists, and wellness/spa practitioners, with at least one year of client-facing experience, working in a spa, hotel, wellness destination, or independent practice. We look for professionals who align with intentional skincare and body care, clean ingredients, and a high standard of professional care, with an active social presence preferred for creator-track applicants.
Apply through our online application form. Our team reviews credentials, reach, and brand alignment within 5–7 business days, then follows up by email with next steps.

No. Ambassadors are independent and are not employees, agents, or legal representatives of Shikohin.
Yes, within the brand guidelines and asset kit we provide. Please don’t alter the logo or imply an official partnership beyond your ambassador role.
With your permission, we may reshare or feature your content across Shikohin’s channels, with credit.
As a representative of the brand, please keep content respectful and compliant. Activity that violates platform rules or misrepresents the brand may affect your participation.
The partnership is ongoing and flexible; either side may end it at any time.

These Terms govern your participation in the Shikohin Ambassador Program. By checking the consent box on the application form, you (“Ambassador”) agree to be bound by these Terms with Shikohin, Inc. (“Company”).
Company shall issue Ambassador a unique referral link and/or discount code via UpPromote. Ambassador earns 15% of the net sale price on qualifying purchases made through that link or code. Commissions are tracked via UpPromote and paid on its standard schedule. No commission accrues on Ambassador’s own purchases or self-referrals. Company may adjust the commission rate for future sales upon thirty (30) days’ written notice to Ambassador.
Ambassador agrees to the following when creating and publishing content related to SHIKOHIN products:
3.1 SHIKOHIN License to Ambassador. Company grants Ambassador a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use SHIKOHIN marks and approved assets solely to create authorized promotional content during the period of participation. All goodwill from such use inures to Company.
3.2 Ambassador License to Company. Ambassador hereby grants Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce, publish, distribute, adapt, and display Ambassador’s images, videos, and social media posts that feature or reference SHIKOHIN products (“Ambassador Content”), in any media or channel — including but not limited to Company’s website, email marketing, paid advertising, and social media accounts — without further consent or compensation. Company shall credit Ambassador when reasonably practicable (e.g., by tagging Ambassador’s handle when reposting on social media), but credit shall not be a condition of the license. Ambassador represents and warrants that Ambassador Content is original and does not infringe any third-party rights.
4.1 Platform Compliance — Ambassador’s Sole Responsibility. Ambassador is solely responsible for ensuring that all content published in connection with the SHIKOHIN Ambassador Program complies with the terms of service, community guidelines, and applicable laws of any platform on which such content is posted, including but not limited to TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. Company shall have no liability whatsoever for any action taken by a third-party platform against Ambassador, including account suspension, content removal, shadowbanning, or permanent account termination, arising from Ambassador’s content or conduct.
4.2 Third-Party Claims Against Ambassador. Company shall have no liability for any claim, demand, lawsuit, or regulatory action brought against Ambassador by any third party — including platform operators, government agencies, or other individuals — arising out of or related to Ambassador Content or Ambassador’s participation in the Program. Ambassador assumes all such risk independently.
4.3 Indemnification of Company. Ambassador shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Shikohin, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (i) Ambassador Content, including any allegation that such content infringes a third party’s intellectual property rights, violates applicable law, or violates any platform’s terms of service; (ii) Ambassador’s breach of these Terms; or (iii) any act or omission by Ambassador that causes reputational, financial, or legal harm to Company. This obligation survives termination of Ambassador’s participation in the Program.
Independent Contractor. Ambassador is an independent contractor, not an employee or agent of Company, and is solely responsible for their own taxes and business licenses.
Confidentiality. Ambassador shall keep non-public Company information (including commission rates and unreleased products) confidential during participation and for two (2) years thereafter.
Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes shall be submitted first to informal mediation; if unresolved, to binding arbitration in Los Angeles County.
Updates to Terms. Company reserves the right to update these Terms at any time with notice to Ambassador. Continued participation after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Ambassador’s participation begins upon acceptance into the Program and continues on an ongoing basis, renewing automatically, unless either party ends the relationship. Either party may end participation at any time with thirty (30) days’ written notice. Company may end an Ambassador’s participation immediately, without notice, in the event of a material breach of Sections 2 or 3 above.
