Inhale the terpene rich forest aroma: Japanese Cypress (Hiba), Yuzu peel, Copaiba balsam (rich inbeta-caryophyllene) , Black spruce (rich in pinene), White camphor. Gently massage your pressure points with the Tsubo Oshi for optimum relaxation.

How to Use?

1. Sit in a comfortable position
2. Review the reflexology zone chart (included) and select an area that needs extra attention
3. Apply our cream to the zone of your choice and begin to apply pressure to the “reflex points”
4. Start with your toes or fingers. Massage in a rotating motion using your thumbs or our specially designed tsubo-oshi: press in, rotate, lift, and then move, covering only a small area. Take your time
